Solubilities of rather soluble materials usually are expressed as grams of solute dissolved per 100 grams of water at a given temperature. Graphs for several common solutes are available.

The solubility can be represented using an equation of the form:

In this equation, x is the mole fraction, T the Kelvin temperature, and A, B, and C are constants.
