Molecular modeling

Nanotubes are collections of atoms that are arranged into cylindrical shapes. While carbon nanotubes are the most well know, these structures also exist in other forms. This molecular phenomenon is stable, strong, and proving quite useful to nanotechnologists as these structures can be incorporated as molecular pipes, tubes, and rotors.
